Orangeburg County Delinquent Tax Sales - Online Registration

Time/Date:	10:00am – 5:00pm, Tuesday, November 3, 2008
Eligibility:	Open to Public
Entries:	On-line registration must be completed by October 31, 2008. A bidder number will be assigned to you upon completion of the registration form. Please provide your number at the tax sale to receive a bidder’s card. If you are bidding on behalf of a company please use the company name on the registration form. All bidders must be registered to bid on delinquent properties.
Payment:	All bids must be paid on the day of sale. No Personal Checks will be accepted. Cash, Cashier Checks, Money Orders and Letters of Credit will be accepted. According to the Uniform Tax Collection Act of 1985 Sec. 12-51-70, all bids are final and failure to comply could result in a $300.00 fine. The purchaser of property at a tax sale acquires the title without warranty and buys at his/her own risk. The County is not liable for the Quality or Quantity of the property sold.
