What are the responsibilities of the Orangeburg County Litter Control department?

• To enforce Orangeburg County Litter ordinances and South Carolina litter laws


• Investigate illegal dump sites, prosecute violators and educate the public


• To identify, address and respond to complaints on overgrown lots and unsafe structures
