Our Purpose - To regulate the location and use of building, structures, and land, the height of building and other structures, the size of yards, the density and distribution of population; creating districts for said purposes and establishing the boundaries thereof; defining certain terms used herein; providing for the method of administration and amendment; and providing for the imposition of penalties for the violation of the provisions of the ordinance.

| A process by which an applicant requests a modification which would authorize a principal or accessory use of the property which is not permitted within the zoning district in which the property is located. | |
