Breach of Trust Arrest

10/31/2011 - Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell announces a Neeses man has been arrested on several counts of breach of trust and there could be other victims.

Ravenell continues "Several Orangeburg County residents have filed reports in the past few days saying they have given Ifrom Colter more than $65,000 to purchase mobile homes that were never delivered. We believe there are more individuals that could have given this man funds for trailers, mobile homes, or vehicles, and they never received the items. After his arrest on Thursday, we have been contacted by several law enforcement agencies in the Midlands because they have warrants on similar warrants for Colter."

"It saddens me to hear how individuals have given their hard earned money to Colter for homes and vehicles and they never received anything for their money. We want people who have been swindled by Ifrom Colter to come forward so they can get some justice."
