The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office is not accepting applications at this time. Applications already on file will be maintained for one year before they are purged.
The Volunteer Chaplains program will provide non-denominational spiritual guidance to the men and women of the Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office and the victims of crime across the county. Regular or duly ordained ministers, rabbis, or recognized clergy interested in this position, should complete an application and forward it to the attention of Deputy Major Rene Williams.
We request that any student interested in an internship with the OCSO, please contact your schools intern coordinator. Intern slots are limited and applications are accepted one semester in advance.

Volunteer Victims' Advocate Program
The Volunteer Advocates program offers individuals an opportunity to receive training and direction for individuals to become certified to offer service as a Victims Advocate in the state of South Carolina. Anyone regardless of age or work experience is asked to submit an application to participate.
Applications can be submitted to the Victims' Services Unit at 1032 Chestnut Street.
Apply to participate in an upcoming class to gain an in-depth knowledge of law enforcement functions in Orangeburg County as well as crime prevention strategies to protect your family and your property.
