RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PERMIT HOLDER :

The Building Official shall inspect or cause to be inspected, at various intervals all, construction, installation, or work for compliance to the provisions of the Building Code Ordinance(s).

PERMIT APPLICANT'S RESPONSIBILITY:
It shall be the duty of the permit holder to give one (1) working day's advance notice to the Building Inspection Department when work is ready for inspection. It shall be the duty of the permit holder to ensure that the work will meet the required inspections or tests before giving the ADVANCE NOTICE.

RE-INSPECTION:
If the Building Inspection Department finds that the work will not pass inspection, the permit holder shall be required to make the necessary corrections and have the work re-inspected.
