    • Monday through Friday: 7 AM - 5 PM
      All weekday drop-offs must be made by 4:45 PM and out by 5 PM!
    • Saturday: 8 AM - 1 PM
      All Saturday drop-offs must be made by 12:15 PM and out by 12:30 PM!

  • Waste Processing Requirements & Fees
    • Orangeburg County Landfill Permit Application (PDF)
    • Tipping fee of $43.00/ton charged on C&D
    • Disposal of shingles/roofing materials fee is $43.00/ton
    • Disposal of tires without proper documentation requires a fee of $150.00/ton
    • Disposal of asbestos requires a letter of approval from SC DHEC Asbestos Section. To obtain a copy of applicable forms, contact DHEC at (803) 898-4289 or by visiting their website (LINK).
    • Asbestos disposal fee is $150.00/ton, requires special packaging, and prior arrangements must be made with the Orangeburg County Landfill to schedule dropoff.
    • Cash or checks are the only methods of payment accepted for tipping fees
    • No mixed loads for Commercial customers; individuals must separate items
