Orangeburg County updates its Code of Ordinances on an ongoing basis. However, as a result of this process third-party websites that carry the Orangeburg County Code of Ordinances may not be current.

In calendar year 2009, the County made significant changes to ordinances regarding the following subjects:

• Personnel. Sections 2-266 through 2-399 repealed. Employee Handbook adopted. (PDF)
