Orangeburg County Bond Court is located in the Orangeburg County Law Complex at 1520 Ellis Ave in Orangeburg. Bond is held daily at 9:00am and 2:30 pm.

The Victim’s Assistance coordinators are available through the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office and are also located at 1032 Chestnut ST in Orangeburg. The victim’s Assistance Coordinators are available to assist the Magistrate’s Bond Court as liaisons with victims appearing at Bond Court Hearings or Preliminary Hearings. If you are a victim with questions about a bond hearing or a preliminary hearing for an individual who is incarcerated at the Orangeburg County Detention Center, you may call a Victim Assistance Coordinator at (803) 534-1511.
