Orangeburg County Bond Court is located in the Orangeburg County Law Complex at 1520 Ellis Avenue in Orangeburg. All Bond hearings are held daily from 9 am to 2:30 pm.
Bond Court sets the amount of bond when someone is arrested. Bonds may be paid or posted at the Central office Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5 pm.
Victim’s Assistance Coordinators
The Victim’s Assistance Coordinators are available through the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office and are also located at 1032 Chestnut Street in Orangeburg. The Victim’s Assistance Coordinators help assist the Magistrate’s Bond Court as liaisons with victims appearing at Bond Court Hearings or Preliminary Hearings.
