   I need your help in acquiring reliable transportation for these seniors who, time and time, have made medical appointments with the Modiv system. I have filed grievances on the member's behalf because Modiv is a constant "No Show." This issue is severe, and the medical providers in Orangeburg are frustrated when the patient does not show up to their appointments. Missed visits are a waste of time and money. Members are out of medications due to missed visits. I am addressing this issue to you, Orangeburg County leaders. Please respond as to how we can resolve the transportation problem. Sincerely, Mary Belton, BSN, RN CM Re-structure transportation and make those providers more accountable and responsible to their constituents. Modiv require a three day notification to book and make other demands on the rider but is not held accountable to the times they fail to show up for the rider.
