Derrick Dash

Judge Derrick Dash has served as a magistrate for Orangeburg County since 1997. He currently serves as Chief Magistrate. Judge Dash is supervisor of Central Traffic Court and Preliminary Hearing Court. He attends Andrew Chapel Baptist Church and is a member of Olive Grove Masonic Lodge #477. He’s professionally affiliated with The South Carolina Judges Association, The National Judges Association, The American Judges Association, SCEA, and NEA. He serves on the Chief Justice’s Advisory Board and is Vice President of the South Carolina Summary Court Judges Association.
